We are excited to have you visit our campus and for your family to join our school community. A visit to the school will give you a better insight to the type of education we strive for and that your child will receive.

Our campus tours are approximately 30 minutes, as it features our facilities and focuses on the area your child(ren) will join. The campus tours are usually conducted on Tuesdays for Early Childhood, Wednesdays for Elementary School and Thursdays for Middle and/or High School, by appointment only.

If you are interested in applying to CIS outside of the current school year and the following school year, please complete a Inquiry / Future Interest Form. You will be contacted ahead of time with information regarding the release date of the application you are interested in. If your information changes after submitting this form, please ensure you submit a new Future Interest Form.

Pre-K2 to Grade 12 applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now being accepted. Our school year runs from end-August to mid-June. If you are not interested in applying to CIS for the current or coming school year, please submit an Inquiry / Future Interest Form and indicate your year of interest.

Steps:

1. Complete the online Application. Please take note of the items that need to be submitted with each application (listed below).
2. The CI$350 application fee* can be paid via credit/debit card as part of the application process. We do not accept bank wire/online transfer, cash, or checks.
3. Once a student’s application file is submitted, the documents are reviewed by the Admissions Team. After we have received the confidential student reference form, the Admissions Team will schedule assessments.

* Please note that this is a non-refundable fee regardless of enrollment outcome.

Once the application file is complete (receipt of academic reports, the confidential reference form, special service/program documentation (if applicable) and CIS assessments has been done), our Admissions Committee is usually able to provide an enrollment decision within a two week period. However, this time period is case-by-case and dependent on each applicant package.

There are four types of enrollment decisions that could be received:

1. Acceptance
2. Conditional Acceptance
3. Acceptance - Placed in to Wait-pool
4. Denied Admissions

Once an enrollment decision is made by the Admissions Committee, the Admissions Officer will send the family the official enrollment decision letter via the e-mail addresses provided in the application.

Once the applicant is accepted to CIS, a non-refundable seat security deposit of CI$1000 needs to be paid within 10 days of receiving their enrollment contract.
