The University of Navarra in Spain

Daniela has been a member of CIS girls Volleyball team since 8th grade and became captain of the Varsity team during her senior year. Besides competing against private schools on island, she travelled to Dominican Republic, Port St Lucie, and Trinidad and Tobago and won Best Defense Award and Coaches’ Award in 11th grade. She was also part of the Youth National Volleyball Team last year. Daniela has been a member of the National Honor Society since 10th grade and became vice-president in twelfth grade. She has been involved in endless community events and worked with several non-profit organizations including, Plastic Free Cayman, Alex Panton Foundation, Impact 345, Protect Our Future, and Georgetown Primary tutoring. She is passionate about service and has used those skills outside Cayman to help others back home. Daniela received the Character Award in tenth grade and several Gold and Silver Honor Rolls throughout her High School career. Next year, Daniela plans to attend University of Navarra to study a double degree in Pedagogy and Early Childhood Education.
